forward, keep reading! About You Are you a marketing professional
who has experience with strategy, project coordination, and client
support? TASB is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute
integrated marketing initiatives for assigned programs and
entities. In this role, you’ll serve as the marketing point of
contact for internal client accounts, coordinate projects across
teams, and help develop strategies that deliver measurable impact
and elevate our brands. This is an Austin-based hybrid role
requiring the selected candidate to work at our headquarters in
north Austin two days a week, Tuesday/Wednesday. A Typical Day
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned internal
clients, translating business objectives into strategic,
multi-channel marketing plans. Develop and execute campaigns,
collaborating with peers and Marketing team leadership. Coordinate
multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, deliverables,
and stakeholder communications. Draft, review, and refine marketing
collateral, tailoring messaging to the audience. Monitor and
analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
Support consistent application of brand standards and messaging. If

TASB programs. Enhance visibility and credibility for TASB
programs. Leverage insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and
marketing effectiveness. Foster collaboration across teams to
ensure cohesive messaging and strategy. Champion marketing
approaches that expand reach and engagement. Skills For Success
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communications,
marketing, or related field. 4 years of experience in marketing
communications, preferably B2B. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and
marketing technologies. Working knowledge of marketing KPIs and
ability to analyze data and contribute insights. Familiarity with
brand management and maintaining consistent messaging across
channels. Strong writing, messaging, and communication skills.
Ability to contribute to marketing planning and support
