Summary Eagle Eye Networks is growing rapidly and seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This role's starting rate is $16.50 per hour. The clerk will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the manufacturing team to ensure all hardware is delivered timely to our customers. Teamwork and process improvement are the keys to success in accomplishing this mission. Clerks are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received in a company. They pack the goods in shipping containers, develop mailing labels and shipping documents, work with our 3PL account representatives, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. These workers also verify and scan incoming and outgoing shipments and products to maintain accurate documentation and inventory. Many opportunities for growth within the organization. Responsibilities Pulls, packs, ships and unpacks shipments and deliveries. Maintains records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Assists in tracking inventory Processes and prepares shipping orders and documentation Creates customer return orders. Assists in boxing and storing finished goods as necessary Confirms delivery Advises procurement on low inventory of shipping materials Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communication skills required to assist in meeting customer order fulfillment. Requirements 9-hour shifts Monday-Friday (starting at 7 am or 9 am)- possibility to rotate weekly Able to bend, stand, move inventory and assemble the product for 8 hours/day Able to lift 20-50 pounds 3 years experience in shipping and receiving High attention to detail Strong organization skills Able to work as a team Interpersonal skills Ability to operate a computer, printer, and scanning software Preferred Requirements: Knowledge in supply chain management a plus International shipping experience a plus Ability to work occasional weekends Process improvement familiarity Why work for Eagle Eye?
