HCA Healthcare invites dedicated nursing professionals to join our skilled team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Mother-Baby care. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional care to mothers and their newborns following childbirth, ensuring both safety and comfort. As part of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care, backed by advanced medical practices and cutting-edge technology. Join us in our mission to care for and improve human life at one of our nearly 2,000 care sites across the US. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to mothers and their newborns based on applied clinical nursing practices. Educate mothers on newborn care, postpartum recovery, and promote mother-baby bonding. Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs including both physical and psychological aspects. Monitor and ensure the quality of healthcare practices concerning maternal and baby care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a mother-baby or labor and delivery unit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Ability to handle high-stress situations with grace and professionalism. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
