Job Description:

Seeking compassionate and experienced RNs and LPNS for a large senior living community offering independent, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehab services.

Roles involve medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation, with shifts available full-time (days, nights), weekends, or Baylor program (36 hours/week paid for 40).

Starting pay: RNs at $30/hour, LPNS at $25/hour, based on experience. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining positive resident and team interactions.

Requirements: Valid Missouri RN or LPN license, knowledge of elder care regulations, and interest in geriatrics. Pre-employment screening and physicals are mandatory.
