Territory Sales Representative — Medical Device (Urology / Oncology) Overview A high-growth medical device organization is expanding its commercial team and seeking experienced Territory Sales Representatives to support the launch and adoption of a new technology within urology and oncology practices. This is a field-based role designed for sales professionals who thrive in fast-moving, performance-driven environments and are comfortable operating with autonomy while leveraging centralized clinical support. Interviews are in progress, with onboarding and training scheduled for an upcoming class. Responsibilities Drive new account acquisition and expand utilization within existing accounts Promote adoption of a newly commercialized medical technology in procedural settings Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and administrators Coordinate procedural support and collaborate with clinical specialists as needed Execute territory business plans aligned with growth and revenue objectives Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and opportunity progression Deliver education on procedural workflow, clinical value, and economic considerations Compensation & Benefits Total target compensation approximately $245,000 Base salary: ~$110,000 Variable compensation at plan: ~$135,000 Accelerators with over-plan earnings potential Six-month income guarantee Comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, vision 401(k) Benefits effective day one Monthly car allowance with fuel reimbursement Unlimited paid time off Candidate Profile Demonstrated hunter mentality with consistent new-business success Experience launching, growing, or repositioning medical technologies Prior exposure to urology and/or oncology clinical environments preferred Comfortable selling clinically complex, procedure-driven solutions Thrives in startup or high-growth organizations Highly motivated, self-directed, and accountable Environment & Opportunity Early commercial phase with strong executive visibility Opportunity to influence market strategy and adoption patterns Supported by a dedicated clinical infrastructure Clear path for performance-based upside and long-term career growth
