We are located in New Braunfels, TX right off of I-35. Fish and Ski Marine is looking to recruit an experienced marine sales person who is energetic, motivated, and has an out-going personality to fit our culture of selling marine products. Fish and Ski Marine is a new and pre-owned boat dealer in New Braunfels, TX. We sell popular brands such as Bayliner, Lund, Sportsman, Freedom Boats and Heyday Boats. Business hours: M-F 9AM-6PM. SAT 9AM-4PM Responsibilities: Sell marine products and deliver a superior customer experience On water boat demonstrations / operation Utilize the dealership sales process Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant buying environment for the customer at all times Be familiar with and follow all dealership sales processes/policies and procedures at all times Follow up with all sold customers in a timely manner Continually review and refine product knowledge of boats that we sell (and also of boats that our competitors sell) Keep space neat and orderly (to include office, showroom, and personal vehicle) Work Boat Shows and some company events Follow dealership dress codes and be well groomed at all times Attend all sales meetings and report to work as required by the sales manager Understand that customer flow dictates closing times, and that there will often be times when employees will be required to stay at the dealership later than the dealership’s posted closing time Qualifications: Knowledge and safe handling of marine equipment (boats) 'A' level selling and customer service skills Reliable, with a strong work ethic Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Driver's License Vehicle that is able to tow boats Customer Service Experience: Marine product knowledge: (Required) Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Think you have what it takes?
