Estate Sales Agent: Consistently follow up with leads to boost
sales. Build lasting relationships with clients to generate
additional business. Conduct buyer and seller consultations to
understand client needs and preferences, matching them with
suitable properties. Host open houses to showcase listings. Manage
transactions smoothly from listing through closing. Attract new
clients and drive business growth. Provide expert local knowledge
about the community, market trends, comparable properties, and
neighborhood details. Qualifications for a Real Estate Sales Agent:
Previous sales experience is preferred. Strong technology skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Self-driven and highly motivated. Excellent organizational and time
management skills. A valid Real Estate License is required; we can
