time to join us is now. About the Role: Were looking for an
experienced Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our team 3 days
per week at our office and 2 days remotely. As an AE at Userpilot,
youll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing a
high volume of inbound leads while also preparing for a future
where revenue will be split 50/50 between inbound and outbound
efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing
company at the forefront of product engagement. Responsibilities:
Manage Inbound Leads: Effectively handle a steady stream of inbound
leads, guiding them through the sales process and converting them
into satisfied customers. Drive Revenue: Hit and exceed sales
targets by selling Userpilots software solutions to prospective
customers. Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with
key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning them
with our solutions. Conduct Demos: Deliver compelling product
demonstrations that highlight the value of Userpilots offerings.
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Customer Success,
Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
CRM Management: Keep your sales pipeline organized and up-to-date
in our CRM system. Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years as
an AE in a closing role, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
Proven Success: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Inbound Expertise: Experience managing inbound sales processes with
the ability to transition into a balanced inbound/outbound role.
Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software sales
cycle and the ability to manage complex deals. Communication
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple
priorities. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce
