in Austin, guiding them through their garage door queries and

At Gator, we have two exciting shifts available: a full-time
Customer Service Rep role from Monday to Friday, perfect for those
ready to dive into a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for
detail. Additionally, we're seeking a Weekend Rockstar, ready to
take on the role of a superhero from Friday to Monday. Are you the
independent soul who thrives on being the jack-of-all-trades,
seamlessly handling calls and coordinating with our technicians in
dispatch, all while keeping your cool under the weekend
pressure?

Responsibilities
--- Answer all incoming phone calls and promptly return missed
calls to schedule and enhance customer appointments, ensuring
overall satisfaction
--- Utilize Service Titan software to generate accurate invoices
and estimates
--- Handle technician dispatching and related tasks efficiently
--- Proficiently accept credit card payments through the designated
platform
--- Organize and categorize emails into relevant folders
--- Ensure timely responses to web lead emails through phone,
email, or chat
--- Respond to customer emails professionally, reporting important
matters to the supervisor daily
--- Verify the proper upload of receipts, checks, and photos by
technicians in designated locations
--- Confirm technicians mark invoices as paid and send paid
receipts to customers
--- Regularly monitor and respond to reviews on Yelp, Google,
Facebook, and other web forms
--- Manage overall accounts for a positive online presence
--- Complete various forms on behalf of the company
--- Scan and organize files systematically
--- Assist in training activities as required
--- Tackle additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business
needs
Qualifications
--- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with
customers and co-workers - emails, phone calls, and in-person
--- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel),
Google Suite (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Calendar), Windows computers,
and typing
--- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, think
independently, and be a problem solver.
--- Ability to learn new software and assimilate to different
systems (ex: Service Titan) to effectively meet the needs of the
business
--- Possess excellent people skills
--- Must present professionally through dress, communication -
written and verbal - and conduct.
--- Have reliable transportation.
--- Pass a background check
