Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations - Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment and techniques - Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance as required - Safely operate forklifts, flatbeds, tankers, and tractor-trailers - Drive manual transmission vehicles - Follow established routes for efficient and timely delivery of vehicles Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Ability to operate a forklift and other necessary equipment safely - Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed -Incident Management Towing -Repo's Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
