Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at a growing financial services firm. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent across finance, accounting, client services, compliance, and technology functions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.


  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.


  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.


  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.


  • Track and manage all candidate interactions through the applicant tracking system (ATS).


  • Provide hiring recommendations based on alignment with role qualifications and company culture.


  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and metrics to assess performance and improve processes.


  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruiting within financial services.


  • Support employer branding efforts and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment marketing initiatives.




    Qualifications:



    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


    • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment.


    • Proven success sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple functions and levels.


    • Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance.


    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


    • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).


    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
