Job Description:

A leading real estate company in Pflugerville has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office role paying $22-24/hr. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, verify, upload and enter invoices
• Scheduling payments with vendors and maintaining information
• Keeping track of payments and expenditures
• Handle the tracking, research and documentation of any problem invoices
• Ad hoc project work as assignedRequired skills/experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
