Job Description:

Full time position for experienced caregiver/CNA. This is a full-time floater position consisting of providing care to clients, training caregivers, and assisting with office tasks as needed. This position works closely with management to ensure client and caregivers get the BEST CARE, ALWAYS! Guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Job Duties:

• Provide basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.)
• Train caregivers on direct and indirect care including ADLs and IADLS. This includes incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing, feeding and customer service.
• Assist with administrative job duties in the Always Best Care Austin office.
  
  Required Skills and Qualifications:
  
  • Fully vaccinated
  • Current Driver's License
  • Current Car Insurance
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Professionally trained as a caregiver
  • Experience providing all levels of care
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
