The Superintendent coordinates and oversees all the on-site work
performed by our Assistant Superintendent. They are responsible for
on-site safety, meeting the project schedule, managing job costs
and verifying the quality of work standards. Reports to Area
Experience in construction field.
Experience managing daily activities of assistant
Ability to lead, mentor and motivate assistant
Experience ensuring job is phase complete and punched before
crew moves on
Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic and desire to
learn and be a part of a team.
Ability to read plans and understand the details of plans.
Bilingual (preferred but not required)
Residential Construction experience
Must be able to work overtime
Climbing and balancing up and down ladders, scaffolds and
similar devices using feet, legs, hands, and arms to perform tasks
such as inspection of job site.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds
of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to
Lifting and carrying material and objects, usually by holding
them in the hands or arms or on the shoulder.
