POSITION SUMMARYInside sales position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in a fast paced work environment and is responsible for exceeding inside sales targets. Profitable growth driver. Align to LIT Growth 3.0 strategy. Partnering with sales and product management. Responsible for all activity with existing customers - smaller names customers for Inside Sales - including capital, service & aftermarket. For capital, Regional GM/SM will designate who takes the lead (complexity, size, location, vertical market expertise, etc) with business development manager. Targets include all revenue(capital, service & aftermarket) for existing customers in territory and all revenue in the terriotry - including new customers.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Responsibilities: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly budget objectives. Meet or exceed 20 outbound calls per day. Maintain current customers and expand database of prospects within the pipeline; close business via telephone, electronic mail, Internet or Skype calls. Maintain live engagement sessions to address on-line customers inquiries resulting in new account development and increased sales Proactively prospect current Evoqua customers as well as competitive takeaways for additional business and self-generated opportunities; validates, qualifies and prioritizes opportunities. Prospects through social selling tools such as LinkedIn, Rain King & Constant Contact Provide additional solutions to existing customers, increasing base and generating additional revenue. Establish and maintain relationships with current customers to create and close Service, Capital & Aftermarket opportunities Maintain a high level of Evoqua solutions expertise and competitive intelligence. Identify decision makers among the targeted opportunities in order to initiate and close the sales process. Provide compelling product demos, webinars via online meetings emphasizing Evoqua's benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders.Key Attributes: Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline. Ability to articulate, define, and execute strategies to grow Evoqua's Service, Capital & Aftermarket business through various vertical markets. Demonstrates communication skills, a positive attitude, a team player, and the ability to achieve set targets. Demonstrates presentation, organization, and time management skills. Demonstrated knowledge of key markets POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Associates and/or BS/BA degree in related discipline and/or equivalent experience preferred. Prefer 1+ years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience. Individual with initiative, self-motivating skillset that works autonomously Strong relationship skills Attention to detail with documentation and discovery Excellent communication skills Highly organized and disciplined in representing Evoqua. Regional overnight travel estimate: 20%; Strong negoitiating skills with proven ability to close contracts.
