As a Border Patrol Agent, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding America's borders from illegal activities while ensuring legitimate travel and trade. Detect and prevent the illegal entry of persons and goods into the United States. Monitor traffic at border locations, identify and mitigate potential threats. Conduct patrols and maintain vigilance across assigned areas. Utilize a variety of technological tools and resources to carry out duties effectively. Prepare and present detailed reports on border security incidents and resolutions. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies as required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in diverse terrain and weather conditions. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proficient in using law enforcement databases and equipment.
