Civil Litigation / Real Estate Attorney Location: Austin, Texas
The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation / Real
Estate Attorney to join a growing law office. This is a full-time
position with a flexible hybrid schedule and an established office
space (with potential to expand). The attorney will manage their
own cases and may build a team in the future. Qualifications &
Experience 8 years of experience in civil litigation and/or real
estate law Trial experience; has served as first chair Strong
ability to manage and prioritize a personal caseload Compensation &
Benefits Salary: $170,000–$200,000 Bonuses Health, Dental, Vision
Insurance Flexible PTO 401(k) Responsibilities Handle assigned
cases from intake team Bring in own cases if desired for higher
percentage Opportunity to build out a team and expand practice
