Job Description:
Job Description Job Description The Agency Trainer is
responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving
training programs for agency owners and staff within a Farmers
Insurance district. This role focuses on curriculum design,
instructional delivery, performance coaching, and compliance
education to ensure agencies are equipped with the knowledge,
skills, and tools needed to grow their business and serve clients

Responsibilities Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best
practices. Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual
training sessions for new and existing agency owners and team
members. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching on
sales, service, compliance, and operational best practices. Assess
learner needs and adapt training approaches to different experience
levels and learning styles. Create and maintain structured training
curricula, lesson plans, guides, videos, and job aids. Collaborate
with district leadership to align training content with business
goals and company initiatives. Continuously evaluate and update
materials based on performance data, feedback, and regulatory
changes. Requirements Background in Education, Training &
Development, Business, Communications, or related field with
professional experience. Demonstrated experience in training,
teaching, instructional design, or curriculum development. Strong
presentation and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person
environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. Proficiency with learning management
systems (LMS), presentation software, and video conferencing tools.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required within 60 days
of employment. A Life & Health Insurance license is required within
60 days of employment.
