autonomous and intelligent platforms. Job Overview This role leads
the strategy, implementation, and long-term management of all
People systems across the company. You’ll oversee our core HRIS and
the broader people tech ecosystem, including tools for onboarding,
learning, performance, benefits, compliance, and data flow across
teams. This role is the primary owner of systems architecture,
integrations, reporting, and governance for the People function.
You’ll partner closely with IT, Finance, and leadership to design
scalable processes, strengthen data integrity, and evolve our
people technology stack as we grow. This is a senior, highly
technical role with significant influence on how our systems
support the employee lifecycle and business needs. Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, configuration, and ongoing governance of all
People systems. Own the evaluation, selection, and implementation
of new platforms, major upgrades, and integrations. Build long-term
systems roadmaps that support growth, compliance, and operational
efficiency. Manage complex system changes including workflow
design, automation, permissions, and cross-platform alignment
Partner with IT to build and maintain reliable integrations between
HRIS, payroll, ATS, benefits, and other systems. Help guide
long-term strategy and performance of the applicant tracking
system, ensuring it supports scalable hiring processes and smooth
data flow into the boarder People tech stack. Establish and uphold
data governance standards to ensure accuracy, privacy, and security
across the People tech stack. Build advanced dashboards, reporting
frameworks, and analytics tools for People, Finance, and leadership
teams. Own audit readiness for all systems, supporting compliance
requirements and regulatory reporting. Lead initiatives to
streamline, automate, and scale People processes across multiple
locations and functions. Train People Partners, administrators, and
business partners on systems functionality and best practices.
Serve as the senior escalation point for system issues,
troubleshooting, and vendor management. Monitor industry trends and
recommend new tools or improvements that enhance the employee
experience and business operations. Collaborate with leaders across
the company to translate business needs into system solutions.
Required Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in HRIS
administration, People Operations systems, or HR technology roles.
Deep, hands-on experience configuring and managing at least one
enterprise-level HRIS, with exposure to multiple people systems.
Strong command of HR processes including onboarding, compensation
cycles, performance, compliance, benefits, and employee data
management. Proven ability to lead system implementations,
upgrades, and integrations. Strong analytical skills with
experience building complex reports and dashboards for leadership.
Comfortable managing large, recurring projects with minimal
oversight. Highly organized with strong attention to detail,
especially when working with sensitive data. Ability to diagnose
and resolve complex system issues and communicate solutions
clearly. Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance,
and People teams. Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with
data, formulas, and basic analysis. Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing, managing, or migrating to Workday or
another enterprise HRIS. Experience in startup or fast-growth
environments. Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, or data
mapping. Experience developing systems documentation and governance

Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working
on a computer. Occasional standing and walking within the office.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other

drawers, cabinets, or office supplies. Lifting and carrying items
