Administrative & HR Manager (San Antonio-Based - Multi-Location
Support)Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site)Schedule: Full-time.
Core hours are Monday to Friday. This role also participates in the
after-hours phone rotation during the early phase and is
responsible for managing the on-call coverage process

we're hiring an Administrative & HR Manager to manage day-to-day
admin operations in San Antonio and provide oversight and
coordination for administrative and HR functions across all three
markets. This role reports directly to ownership and is
instrumental in supporting field execution, back-office structure,
and workforce development.About the RoleThe Administrative & HR
Manager is responsible for managing administrative personnel, HR
onboarding, and internal systems across multiple locations. Based
in San Antonio, you will directly oversee the bookkeeper and an
administrative assistant located in Austin, while also supporting a
future admin hire in Corpus Christi.This is a hands-on role with a
strong focus on system creation, team coordination, and operational
consistency. You'll serve as the point of contact for
administrative workflows and help implement scalable tools and
processes across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day
administrative operations for the San Antonio officeDirectly
supervise the bookkeeper and administrative assistant in
AustinSupport the onboarding and structure of a future
administrative hire in Corpus ChristiLead HR processes such as
onboarding, recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and background
checksDevelop, document, and maintain SOPs for time tracking, CRM
usage, job file management, and vendor onboardingDesign and manage
the after-hours phone rotation schedule and ensure proper
coverageTrain administrative staff and ensure consistency across
all locationsCoordinate with ownership and field leaders to ensure
systems align with company needsSchedule ExpectationsOur business
operates 24/7, 365 to respond to property emergencies. The
administrative team supports this by participating in an
after-hours phone rotation.The Administrative & HR Manager is
responsible for managing this rotation across the admin
team.Maintain the on-call schedule and coverage planParticipate in
the rotation when neededTrain staff and ensure call expectations
are metBuild a sustainable and fair rotation structure over timeWho
We're Looking For3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or HR
management rolesStrong organizational and communication
skillsHands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing
othersExperience building and maintaining workflows, processes, and
internal complianceComfortable balancing daily responsibilities
with cross-site coordinationFamiliar with CRM tools, scheduling
platforms, and documentation systemsBonus Points ForExperience in
restoration, construction, or field service industriesFamiliarity
