for evaluating and assessing patients' physical conditions,
developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to enhance
their mobility and strength. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to ensure comprehensive patient care, educate patients and
their families on preventative measures and health maintenance, and
adjust treatments according to progress tracked and reported. This
role is suited for those with prior experience in rehabilitation or
clinical settings, and offers promising career growth opportunities
in a rewarding field. Ideal candidates will possess a Physical
Therapist License, a BA/BS degree in a healthcare-related field,
and CPR Certification, along with strong skills in patient
assessment, therapeutic exercises, and effective collaboration with
healthcare professionals. Evaluate and assess patients’ physical
conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement
therapeutic exercises to improve patients’ mobility and strength.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive
patient care. Educate patients and families on how to prevent
injuries and reach health goals. Track and report on patient
