Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our home health care team for weekend shifts. In this role, you
will provide direct nursing care to patients in the comfort of
their own homes. Your focus will be on offering compassionate,
personalized care in line with our commitment to enhancing patient
health and well-being. This position is perfect for those who are
passionate about community health and are committed to delivering
exceptional patient experiences. Conduct initial patient
assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Administer
medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions.
Record patient's medical information and vital signs. Instruct
patients and their families on proper home health care strategies
and procedures. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to modify care plans as needed. Provide emotional
support and compassionate care to patients and family members.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proficient in maintaining accurate medical
records Ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced
environment Skilled in providing effective nursing care Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR certification Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation
