registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. Deliver expert nursing care in an Operating Room
setting focused on orthopedic, neuro, plastics, ENT, and robotics
patients. This travel nursing position offers the opportunity to
work a consistent 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts in a dynamic
clinical environment. Candidates with EPIC experience will find
this highly advantageous for streamlined documentation and care
coordination. Core Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing
care according to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice,
utilizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and
evaluation. Manage complex patient needs including psychological,
emotional, cultural, and social factors. Administer medications and
treatments following established protocols, monitoring patient
responses closely. Document patient histories, symptoms,
medications, and interventions accurately. Assess and address
patient and family learning needs to enhance care outcomes.
Demonstrate leadership by making appropriate assignments and
delegation to optimize care delivery. Uphold professional
competencies across personal leadership, team leadership, and
organizational leadership levels. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year
of experience in operating room nursing or related specialty
preferred. Current RN license in Texas or a compact state. BLS
certification from the American Heart Association required. EPIC
system experience highly preferred. Work Schedule: Four 10-hour
