Job Description:
As an RN Clinical Manager for Home Health at HCA Healthcare, you
will lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding home-based
patient care. This role entails oversight of clinical operations,
ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, managing staff
performance, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff
and patients. This position is pivotal in implementing patient care
plans effectively while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
to deliver comprehensive healthcare services directly to patients'
homes. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the home health
care team. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local
regulations as well as HCA Healthcare policies. Supervise,
evaluate, and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-quality care
delivery. Coordinate training and professional development
opportunities for nursing staff. Develop and implement patient care
plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Monitor
patient care for quality and adherence to standards and protocols.
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
organizational and communication skills Proficient in using
healthcare information systems Ability to work collaboratively with
other healthcare professionals Knowledge of home health regulatory
requirements Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of employment. BLS Certified Certified Home Health Manager
(optional but preferred)
