Job Description:

critically ill children, supporting their recovery, and educating

to critically ill pediatric patients. Monitor patient conditions
continuously and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated and
comprehensive care. Educate and support patients' families
regarding treatment plans and home-care procedures. Implement and
uphold patient care and safety protocols as per hospital
regulations. Advanced patient care and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to operate complex medical machinery and technology. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to handle
stressful situations and make decisions under pressure. Experience
with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active
Registered Nursing license. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the
American Heart Association.
