Positioned in a fast-paced hospital environment, the successful candidate will join a team committed to enhancing patient outcomes and providing comprehensive respiratory therapy services. Assess, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents experiencing respiratory difficulties. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive respiratory care plans. Operate and maintain a variety of respiratory care equipment safely and effectively. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and management techniques. Monitor and accurately document all treatments and outcomes. Participate in pediatric medical emergencies providing vital respiratory interventions. Expertise in pediatric respiratory care techniques Proficiency with respiratory equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist BLS certification PALS Certification preferred
