Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN where you will be an integral leader
in providing supervisory support and clinical expertise on a
dynamic progressive care unit. Your role will ensure high-quality
care and outcomes, oversee patient care delivery, and facilitate
professional development within nursing teams. This position is
pivotal in bridging the gap between the bedside and management,
enhancing patient safety, and fostering continuous improvement in a
supportive environment committed to improving human life. Oversee
daily operations in the progressive care unit, ensuring compliance
with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Supervise and
mentor nursing staff, facilitating professional development and
ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care processes for
enhanced safety and efficiency. Monitor patient care, identify any
issues or areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based
practices to enhance outcomes. Assist in the management of patient
care across the continuum, ensuring smooth transitions and
comprehensive treatment strategies. Participate in departmental
planning, including staffing, budgeting, and healthcare services
optimization. Strong clinical skills in progressive patient care
Leadership and team management Knowledge of healthcare regulations
and accreditation standards Ability to work effectively within a
multidisciplinary team Proficient in healthcare technology and
electronic medical records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license BLS/ACLS
certified Certification in progressive care nursing (PCCN)
preferred but not required.
