Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Clinical
Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team, providing unparalleled

centers on managing patient care in progressive care units,
overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring that every patient
receives the highest quality of care in accordance with our
commitment to improve human life. The ideal candidate will
spearhead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, provide clinical
supervision, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to
deliver comprehensive care plans. Oversee the daily operations of
the progressive care unit. Supervise and mentor staff nurses,
facilitating professional development. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care
plans. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards
and regulations. Conduct patient assessments and provide direct
care as needed. Implement patient safety initiatives and ensure all
practices adhere to hospital policies. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in using healthcare software and patient
management systems. Ability to handle high-stress situations and
make critical decisions. In-depth knowledge of progressive care
practices and standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. BLS/ACLS certification. CCRN certification preferred but
not required.
