outcomes. Participate in intensive training covering all aspects of
labor and delivery care, including pre-partum, intra-partum, and
post-partum care Provide compassionate and efficient care to
patients, adhering to established guidelines and procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement
patient care plans Utilize the latest medical technologies and
methods in maternal and neonatal care Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and maintaining patient records accurately
Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a
fast-paced and emotionally intense environment Proficiency in using
healthcare technology and electronic health records Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment BLS Certification,
ACLS preferred NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
desired but not mandatory for initial hire
