seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing
services in a school setting located in San Antonio, Texas. The
ideal candidate will assist in delivering nursing services to
students under the supervision of a registered nurse or school
health administrator, in accordance with established guidelines and

to travel between campuses if assigned to multiple students •
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skill
Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to students under
the supervision of a Registered Nurse when required • Assist with
one-on-one care for medically fragile students • Perform procedures
such as tracheostomy care, nebulizer treatments, suctioning,
catherization, vagal nerve stimulator, and emergency airway
management when needed • Support campus clinic operations and
student health needs • Assist with special procedures and
treatments during the school day • Monitor student health status
and report changes to supervising nurse • Maintain and check oxygen
cylinder daily, if used or stored in the school, for specified
students • Administer medications and treatments according to
physician orders • Assist in recognizing medical emergencies and
initiating appropriate response • Maintain accurate student health
documentation and service logs • Collaborate with teachers, school
nurses, and school staff to support student health • Participate in
school health programs, trainings, and meetings • Any other duties
