Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Woodway,
Texas, 76712! Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered
Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered
Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification

Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with
established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare
organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors,
records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate. Serves
as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated
patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team. Within the scope of the job,
requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Must be
able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a
