How you’ll make an impact in this role - Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Execute nursing interventions and monitor patient conditions in strict adherence to organizational protocols and clinical standards. - Coordinate Multi-Disciplinary Care: Act as the primary liaison between physicians and diverse healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless care plan implementation and execution of medical orders. - Streamline Patient Advocacy & Discharge: Assess complex patient needs and lead collaborative discharge planning to facilitate safe, efficient transitions of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred. - Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
