Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare
professionals. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care
to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures,
and protocols of the healthcare organization. This position offers
a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered
environment, focusing on delivering quality care and specialized
support in the field of medicine. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate,
detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients
and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Record
patients' medical information and vital signs. Modify patient
treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess,
plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain accurate
and detailed reports Proficiency in administering medications and
understanding their effects Adept at operating medical equipment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance
