Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments and consultations with healthcare professionals. Implement physical therapy interventions effectively, modifying when necessary to achieve patient recovery goals. Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and preventive measures. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, theories, and practices. Excellent patient handling skills and the ability to build trust. Capability to develop and follow through with effective treatment plans. Ability to use PT equipment and technology effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the practicing state. CPR certified.
