qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78229! Job
Title Contract RN - Resource Pool ICU City/State: San Antonio,
Texas Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights Contract Length: 13 weeks Start
Date: 02/03/2026 Job Description: The RN in the Resource Pool ICU
is responsible for delivering patient care in the ICU setting under
the guidelines and policies of the unit. The position requires
rotating shifts and a commitment to floating across various units
as per the floating policy. Responsibilities: Provide direct
patient care in the ICU environment. Collaborate with healthcare
team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor
and report changes in patient conditions. Maintain accurate
documentation within the Meditech system. Requirements: Active TX
RN License (temporary licenses not accepted). Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification. National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification.
Minimum of 2 years of hospital/specialty experience. Telemetry
