(MD/DO) - Vein and Artery Clinic Opportunity for a Patient-Focused
MD/DO Medical Vein Clinic is seeking a highly motivated, skilled,
and exceptional communicator board-certified or board-eligible
Medical Doctor (MD or DO) specializing in vascular medicine,
interventional radiology, or a related field with experience in
venous and arterial disease management. This is a full-time,
Monday-Friday position. We are looking for a physician who can not
only deliver top-tier medical care but also provide outstanding
patient service, build immediate rapport, and actively engage in
the local medical community. Join our dedicated team in a
state-of-the-art facility focused on providing comprehensive and
cutting-edge care for patients with complex vascular conditions in
the heart of San Antonio, Texas. We are a leading specialized
clinic committed to diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of
vascular disorders, including chronic venous insufficiency,
varicose veins, peripheral artery disease (PAD),
lymphedema/lipedema, and deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Our practice
emphasizes minimally invasive, evidence-based procedures,
outstanding patient service and communication , and a collaborative
environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Serving as an engaging, approachable, and professional
representative of the clinic while performing comprehensive
vascular evaluations, including physical exams and interpretation
of diagnostic studies (e.g., vascular ultrasound). Diagnosing and
developing treatment plans for venous and arterial diseases,
communicating complex information clearly, confidently, and
compassionately to patients. Willing to learn and perform a range
of minimally invasive endovascular procedures, such as radio
frequency ablations, venaseal, varithena, sclerotherapy,
angiography, angioplasty, and stenting. Also specialize in
lymphedema, lipedema, wound care, genicular artery embolization,
pelvic congestion, etc. Interest in ultrasound imagines and
advancements in education and credentialing in the imaging field
Managing pre- and post-procedural patient care. Actively
collaborating with other specialists and fostering professional
relationships with referring physicians to ensure continuity of
care and build the practice's referral base. Maintaining accurate
and timely patient records. Participating in quality improvement
initiatives and adhering to all regulatory standards. Providing
exceptional patient education and support. QualificationsRequired
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
degree from an accredited institution. Completion of Internship
and/or accredited residency program. Board certification or board
eligibility desired in a relevant specialty (e.g., Interventional
Radiology, Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, or General Surgery with
advanced endovascular training). Other areas considered with the
right candidate Active, unrestricted medical license or eligibility
for licensure in the State of Texas. No previous Med-Mal cases.
Experience performing minimally invasive vascular procedures.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a proven
ability to connect positively and professionally with patients and
colleagues. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical
practice. Preferred Certification by the American Board of Venous
and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM) or equivalent specialized vascular
credential. Experience utilizing vascular ultrasound for both
diagnostic and procedural guidance. Experience practicing in a
high-volume outpatient setting. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, given
the diverse patient population in San Antonio. Benefits and
