working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in San
Antonio, Texas, 78229! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift:
Rotating Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU
experience License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS,
NIH Must-Have: Hemodynamic monitoring experience including Swans
and arterial lines Ventilator management skills Strong critical
thinking skills Description: This position involves working in an
Intensive Care Unit. Candidates will provide high-quality patient
care. Device training will be offered on-site. Successful
applicants must have experience with hemodynamic monitoring and
ventilator management. Critical thinking skills are essential for
this role. The work will include caring for patients post CABG,
post VAD, and post catheterization with various cardiac support
devices. Adherence to dress code standards is expected. Clean and
healthy hair and neatly trimmed facial hair are required. Visible
body art should be covered when possible. Timeliness is mandatory
with strict attendance policies. All travelers will be required to
float as part of the unit's policies. Badging in and out for every
shift is required along with taking a full 30-minute lunch break.
