Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Jourdanton, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,619 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Jourdanton, Texas, 78026! Job Title: RN - Emergency Department Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of ED Experience License: Active Texas RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC Must-Have: Proficiency in ESI triage, splinting, STEMI and stroke processes, assist with chest tubes, central lines, and lumbar punctures. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. The department consists of 11 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4. Current staffing includes 3 RNs during peak hours and additional support as needed. Self-scheduling is performed by staff, followed by agency input. All travelers are required to float as per the floating policy. Navy scrubs are required, with a clean and professional appearance expected. Body art should be covered whenever possible and visible piercings beyond ears are prohibited.
