Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Round Rock, Texas — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in professional development and training programs. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license with ICU experience preferred in Texas. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Strong focus on achieving targets and measuring performance. Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions. Willingness to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Experience in administering medications and treatments in an ICU setting. Ability to document patient progress accurately and efficiently. Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams. Experience with quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
