Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity in Killeen, Texas. This
role focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about

clinic, school, and community-based settings. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct Functional
Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and direct behavior observations
Analyze behavioral data to determine function of behaviors
(attention, escape, sensory, etc.) Develop individualized,
measurable Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Establish data-driven
treatment goals aligned with client needs and ethical standards
Program Implementation & Supervision Oversee implementation of ABA
programs across treatment settings Train, supervise, and mentor
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor treatment fidelity
and provide performance feedback Modify treatment plans based on
progress and ongoing assessment Data Collection & Clinical
Decision-Making Design and maintain effective data collection
systems Analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and guide
treatment changes Maintain accurate clinical documentation for
compliance, authorization, and billing Family & Interdisciplinary
Collaboration Provide parent and caregiver training on behavior
strategies and carryover techniques Collaborate with teachers,
therapists, physicians, and other professionals Participate in care
coordination and progress reviews Support families in implementing
strategies across natural environments Ethical & Professional
Practice Adhere to BACB Ethical Code and all regulatory
requirements Maintain client confidentiality and professional
boundaries Practice within scope of competence Participate in
ongoing continuing education and professional development Required
Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Psychology, Education, or related field Active or eligible Texas
licensure (LBA) Experience working with children or adolescents
with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong understanding of ABA
principles, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programming
Ability to supervise clinical staff and lead treatment teams
Preferred Experience 1 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
Experience providing services in home and/or school-based settings
Strong parent training and caregiver collaboration skills
Experience with insurance-funded ABA services Bilingual (Spanish)
is a plus Work Schedule Full-time position On-site services in
Killeen, TX (clinic, home, school, or community settings depending
