TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78229! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years
License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
Must-Have: Telemetry monitoring experience Experience with various
drips Description: Providing high-quality care to patients.
Recognizing the unique needs of each patient. Continuously
improving to better serve the community. Focusing on
patient-centered care and faith-based philosophies. Offering a
broad range of specialties including cardiology, cancer care, and
emergency medicine. Hiring staff that genuinely care for the
well-being of others. Committed to providing the highest quality of
service and treatment. Patient ratios of 4:1 in the ICU. Required
to float as needed. Documentation system utilized is Meditech.
Scheduling involves 3-12 hour shifts with 26-week assignments.
Dress code requires navy scrubs with additional guidelines on
appearance. Clean and healthy nails required. Hair should be neat
and clean without extreme styles or colors. Body art should be
covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are
prohibited. Adhering to attendance policies is essential. 5
