Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,803 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical Surgical ICU RN – Texas Start Date: February 4, 2026 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week Highlights: 13-week assignment in a well-established Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit Exposure to diverse critical care procedures including chest tubes, trachs, intubations, central lines, and arterial lines Meditech charting and order entry system No call requirements Part of a respected healthcare system serving San Antonio and the surrounding region for over 50 years Floating within facility nursing units as needed per hospital policy Requirements: Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification BLS (Basic Life Support) certification NIH Stroke Certification Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills MICU or MSICU background preferred Meditech charting experience preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to provide high-quality critical care in a fast-paced MSICU environment within a faith-based healthcare organization dedicated to serving the community with compassion and excellence.
