RN within our Labor and Delivery Training Program. This position
offers skilled nurses the opportunity to enhance their expertise in

and comprehensive patient care. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor, record, and communicate patient
condition as appropriate using computerized documentation systems.
Assist in the identification and handling of complications and
emergencies, using appropriate protocols and best practices in
patient care. Participate in the development and delivery of
patient education, ensuring patient understanding of treatment
plans. Collaborate actively with the healthcare team to facilitate
the highest quality of care and safety for the patient. Strong
clinical skills in labor and delivery and perinatal care. Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced and emotionally intense
environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Certification in Inpatient
Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) is advantageous.
