Shifts | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Fast-Paced Clinic Setting Rhino
Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant for immediate urgent care
coverage in Austin, Texas . This assignment begins December 26th ,
with additional PRN shifts anticipated throughout 2026. If you're a
local or drive-in APP seeking steady supplemental income and

Overview Location: Austin, Texas Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
Contract: Locum Tenens | PRN Coverage Start Date: December 26, 2025
Future Shifts: Ongoing PRN dates anticipated throughout 2026 Shift
Time: 8 :00 AM – 8:00 PM (no nights, no on-call) Patients: All ages
and seeing 25-28/day Clinical Responsibilities Provide full-scope
urgent care for walk-in patients Evaluate and manage acute illness
& injuries Order and interpret point-of-care tests, labs, and
imaging Perform typical urgent care procedures: Splinting Wound
care Laceration repair I&D Ensure accurate clinical
documentation and efficient patient flow Candidate Requirements
Active Texas NP or PA License Unrestricted DEA Experience in urgent
care, family medicine, or emergency medicine preferred Ability to
treat patients of all ages Comfortable practicing autonomously in a
