Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Role $120,000-$144,000 per year
in Bastrop, Texas Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking
for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's
full-time team in Bastrop, Texas. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

healthcare to underserved patients in Central Texas. This

Responsibilities for the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner:
Provide compassionate, individualized primary care to patients in
an outpatient setting. Deliver care both in person and virtually,
building and managing a panel of patients. Collaborate with
colleagues, community partners, and emergency medical/psychiatric
service providers to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in
after-hours on-call rotation 3–4 times per year. Efficiently
document within an electronic health record and conduct
telemedicine visits. Key Requirements for the Family Medicine Nurse
Practitioner: Board-certified APRN with a current valid license to
practice in the State of Texas. Passion for serving underserved
populations who face significant barriers to care. Mission-focused,
proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable
working independently while also collaborating with colleagues.
Strong communication and technology skills to support patient care
and virtual collaboration. Compensation and Benefits for the Family

Paid time off includes: 15 vacation days (with tenure-based
increases), 3 personal days, 6 sick days, and 7 holidays per year.
Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.
Reimbursement for professional licensing and annual membership dues
