Time, 36 hrs/wk Schedule: Night Shift (7pm – 7am) Main Nursing Unit
Patient Population: Medical Surgical, Orthopedics, Intermediate
Care, Critical Care of beds: 25, with the anticipation of doubling
in size with the expansion Patient Ratios: Med Surg/Tele – 1:4/5,
Progressive Care/Intermediate Care – 1:3, Intensive Care – 1:2
About the Facility Baylor Scott & White - Pflugerville is a
full-service hospital, providing a wide network of medical

blended unit with three levels of acuity and operates from a
multidisciplinary approach in providing the highest standards of
nursing care to patients and families. The facility also offers
24/7 emergency services (an 8-bed Emergency Department) and
surgical services (offering adult and pediatric surgeries). Baylor
Scott & White – Pflugerville is currently under construction for an
expansion and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. The
improvements include a brand new heart catheterization lab for
minimally invasive procedures, increased imaging options including
nuclear medicine, added emergency and trauma services and
improvements to operating room capabilities. As Baylor Scott and
