Hospital Beds - 14 ICU Beds - Level IV Trauma Center - Closed ICU -
Average Daily Encounters: 9 - EMR: Epic - Day: 1 Physician 7a-7p -
Night: 1 NP/PA 7p-7a & Physician on-call Physician Requirements: -
Board Certification in Critical Care & Pulmonology - Must have at
least 1 year of experience - Must have Active TX license & DEA -
Work 1 week per month at this hospital and 1 week at San Marcos
hospital NP/PA Requirements: - NPs must have ACNP - Must have at
least 1 year of Critical Care experience as an NP/PA or completed a
Critical Care residency program - Must be comfortable working alone
overnight (will have overnight MD via phone) - Procedural
competency in intubations, central lines, and arterial lines
