Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our Ortho
Trauma Progressive Care Unit (5 South). The #1 city in the nation

Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and
the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.Schedule:
Full Time - Days - 36 hours per weekUnit SummaryThis is a 35-bed
monitored nursing unit that provides the opportunity to work with a
wide variety of patients ranging from adults to Geriatrics. The
conditions that are within the scope of service include the
following but are not limited to:
- Traumatic Complex Fractures
- Elective Joint Replacements - Rapid Recovery Program
- Sports Injuries
- Spinal Deformities
- Hip Fractures
- Compression Fractures
- Pelvic Fractures
- Skeletal Malformations and Abnormalities
- Amputations and Prosthesis
- Medical Surgical patients including those requiring
Telemetry
- Elective Plastic surgery
- Tracheotomy Care and (Maintenance and support)-a Registered
Nurse on this floor will develop top notch skills with Trach care
compared to anywhere else in the hospital.BenefitsOur competitive

- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study should be nursing.
- A current and valid nursing license.
- Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of
starting in this role.
