Job Description:
Seeking an RN for home health in Hyde Park, Jamaica Plains, West
Roxbury, and Roslindale with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and full-time
days.
Requires 1+ year home health experience and current RN license.
Offers $95,000-$105,000 annually, full benefits, PTO, mileage
reimbursement, and wellness rewards.
Provides community-based care with a supportive environment,

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning,
referrals, teaching, supervising staff, documentation, and on-call
