Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT (1-hour lunch)
Type: Contract

About the Role:

A-Line is looking for someone to join a leading medical device company as a Customer Order Management Specialist within the North America Supply Chain team. In this dynamic role, you'll help coordinate the efficient movement of shipments from our Distribution Center to our affiliates-resolving order discrepancies, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid position with in-office work required Monday-Thursday; Friday is optional remote or onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve sales order issues to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.


Collaborate with distribution centers to support on-time delivery and company KPIs.


Manage backorders, short-supply situations, and manual product allocations.


Process and update exception product orders requiring special handling.


Modify orders in ERP, warehouse, and transit management systems per regional requirements.


Maintain strong, courteous communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Ensure compliance with all regulatory, business, and departmental guidelines.


Keep knowledge current via training, coaching, and team sessions.


Escalate potentially serious issues promptly to management.



Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience with ERP systems
At least 2 years' experience in roles such as export, logistics, order management, or customer service
Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device, healthcare supply chain, or pharmaceutical industries

Other Requirements:

High School Diploma (Associate's or higher preferred)


Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred)


Able to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment


Results-driven, organized, and proactive
